Chef Howie created this new recipe for those who like a little spice in their life. Use it on chicken, pork, salmon, prawns and ribs. The smoked ancho chili adds a smoky richness to the blend as the chipolte chili adds a little zip.

Salmon Rub – Chef Howie’s Original Signature Salmon Rub works great with the cedar, alder or BBQ planks. Imparts a subtle aromatic flavor to rich salmon. Made from dried herbs, fresh ground spices, brown sugar, kosher salt, garlic and lemon. Also great for searing, grilling and baking.

Mushroom Rub

Mushroom Rub – Chef Howie’s Porcini Mushroom Rub works great with poultry, fish, seafood, pork and beef. For a great mushroom flavored steak with no fuss, just rub ˝ tsp. of mushroom rub on each side of the steak, sear in a pan, and finish in the oven on a plank or roasting pan.  Made from imported Italian porcini mushrooms, herbs, parsley, kosher salt, spices and a hint of lemon.

Pork & Rib Rub

Pork & Rib Rub – Although Chef Howie’s Pork & Rib Rub was created specifically for Baby Back Ribs. We’ve since discovered that it works great for chicken, pork chops, ribs and roasts as well. Use 1 tsp. of Pork & Rib Rub for each pound of ribs. Season the ribs with the rub, let them sit uncovered and refrigerated for 24 hours. Place on a plank or roasting pan and cover with foil. Roast for 2 ˝ to 3 hours at 275 degrees. Remove from the oven, baste with your favorite BBQ sauce, return to the oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees, serve. Made from an unique blend of aromatic spices, brown sugar, kosher salt, onion and garlic.
